What’s your order cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to shipping. Special orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of placing the order.

What is your comfort guarantee?
Our comfort guarantee applies to mattress sets retailing for $750.00 and above. We offer a 45-day comfort guarantee. We realize sometimes consumers buy a mattress that is too hard or too soft. You may exchange your mattress one time up to 45 days for a $99.00 charge plus delivery and any difference in price between the two mattresses. The mattress must be of equal or better quality. The comfort guarantee is for the mattress only and we recommend you stay within the same brand when reselecting an alternate mattress. We do not offer any refunds or returns.

How can we sell for so much lower than anybody else?
Overhead – We do not have the huge store rents, excessive payroll, utilities, and advertising costs of the large brick-and-mortar mattress chains or department stores. For that reason, we can sell a latex foam mattress or Tempurpedic pillow for less than half of the gross profit of the large conventional stores. We are also located in tax-free Delaware, which can save you another 5-7% on sales tax, depending upon the state that you live in.
