There is a vast difference between a PRIME DOWN FILLED PILLOW and a pillow filled with half feathers, and (if you are lucky), with the other half DOWN. If you are seeking a hard, firm pillow—then don't buy ours. Our Down pillows are jammed full of DOWN, but they are not hard. Hard pillows can only be made so by adding lots of feathers. Our pillows are washable and should be washed (we will tell you how) at least twice a year. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 2001 nights!
